My coaching is designed to get you the results that you want through a complete and comprehensive overview of scientific-based approaches to gaining muscle and losing body fat.
All clients receive a diet customized to their current body composition, food preferences, and goals.
Whether your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle, cardio programming will be given to you for overall health in mind.
I give supplement advice for weight loss, muscle gain, contest prep, and general health clients.
Workout programming & intensity are crucial in seeing results. I will make sure your programming reflects that.

MEET YOUR COACH
– David began his fitness journey at the age of 14 with the hopes of adding muscle mass to enhance his chances of earning a baseball scholarship. While his goals shifted, his love for training and diet remained after his athletic career ended.
– He graduated from the University of Texas in 2017. He is an owner of RAW Gym Warzone in Spring, Texas where he trains his 1-on-1 clients and competitors.
– David began his online coaching in 2016, and since then he has accrued 400+ transformations, 80+ Top 5 Finishes, Multiple Overall Winners, Dozens of Class Winners, and IFBB Pro Card Winners.
– David competes at the National Level in Men’s Physique. He has claimed over a dozen bodybuilding Placings in his own career.
– David understands that not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, and also caters to lifestyle clients looking to have a better understanding of exercise and nutrition.
